Christy Parker MSHRM, PHR


Christy Parker is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience driving people strategy and operational excellence across logistics, manufacturing, oil, and staffing industries. With a passion for People Enrichment, she empowers organizations to cultivate strong cultures, enhance leadership capability, and achieve sustainable results through strategic HR practices.

Christy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, graduating Magna Cum Laude from The Pennsylvania State University, and earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management along with a certification in HR Technology and Analytics for Decision Making from Western Governors University.  She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and will sit for her SHRM-SCP certification in February 2026.

A dedicated community leader, Christy has served on the board of Kern County SHRM since 2019 and will assume the role of President-Elect in 2026. A proud graduate of Leadership Bakersfield Class of 2024, she continues to volunteer with multiple organizations throughout Kern County, reflecting her commitment to giving back and fostering growth in others.
