Susan Avila is a results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience.  She is an accomplished business professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance, with an expected graduation in September 2026. Susan is certified in Power BI, with a proven proficiency in using financial data to drive informed business decisions. With a career spanning multiple industries—including manufacturing, agriculture, retail, oil, customer service, payroll, and employee relations—Susan brings a broad and strategic perspective to every organization she serves.

Her professional experience includes working with global firms as well as respected local businesses, where she has honed her expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting, cost accounting, and budget and resource management.
